People at all levels of the corporation can use his recommendations in meetings to advance the conversation and to build their own reputation as a strategic thinker.
- Ask questions that allow you to uncover ways to help the person who is speaking. When you help others achieve their objectives you come closer to achieving your own.
- Ask open ended questions. Not those that can be answered with a simple yes or no, but ones that will get the other person talking and allow you to get information and make evaluations and assessments.
